When you use our reservation enquiry form, the details you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number and message) are used to open a WhatsApp conversation with our team so we can respond to your enquiry. That draft is created on your device and sent through WhatsApp — we do not store the form submission in our website system.

We use the information you share only to reply to your enquiry, discuss availability, and help plan a stay or safari with us. We do not sell your personal information.

We may keep correspondence related to your enquiry for as long as needed to assist you, complete a booking, or meet legal and record-keeping duties.

Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. To do so, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
